I usually go early in the morning and they are not very friendly.....I've gotten my order wrong several times. There is a guy that works in the morning sometimes, he seems to be the only one that doesn't act like he hates his job!
I don't know why you started holding your coffee so long but it affects the coffee taste. I usually buy about 6 cups here a week, sometimes more, but I bought a large reg coffee and it was terrible! It's obviously old coffee. I came onto the store and saw the new urns and know why the coffee was bad. I won't pay for old coffee. Your staff however is great!_
