I am a doordasher, and I Picked up a DoorDash order from here and it took over 15 minutes, I could see cars that had just pulled into the parking lot l, pulling away from it’s their food and I wasn’t getting asked by any employee if I needed help. After finally getting the order, walked out to my car, only to be told they forgot part of the meal. Food was good, fresh and hot. Restaurant was clean. After finishing our food and cleaning up the table, tried to get soft drink refills. Went to the front counter, waited patiently for no one to help us, even with two employees walking right past us to get behind the counter. I eventually got tired of waiting so walked behind the counter and asked an employee for assistance. She hollers out, what do you need and my reply a refill please.
