Hi I came through the drive through tonight. Literally all of your staff tonight (it’s 9:30pm) was incredible and so sweet and so kind. They even asked me to pull forward fresh fries 😩 FRESH FRIES at 9:30pm I’m so lucky. Your staff was incredible and I was in and out tonight. Thank you so much. I was having such a crappy day and your team made my day.
Went to this one after going to metroparks. Slammed with people ordering tons of food and the manager Ryan acted calm as a breeze when people were complaining and treating him with disrespect. Ryan, you are a saint buddy!
Place is hit or miss during dinner hours. Manager seems clueless and fries are always cold or you are missing items that you have to go back for. 3 times this has happend in a month. I can imagine other customers being peeved too. Drive thru and dining room full of customers and only one basket of fries dropped. They would rather short you food/fries(fries are usually cold or soggy if you do get them) than get it right. Before you leave double check your bags!!
