“Sorry Bk like your burgers but McDonald's & Rally's are being competitive offering more food for a better price. Spent a few hours having lunch in parking lot waiting for an appointment about 1pm. Parked under tree was uneventful. They could try and figure out away to keep the nasty dumpsters juices From flowing in their parking lot that I got on my shoe bottom's when throwing away trash that I tracked into my car to next appointment maybe close off dumpsters to look better put out garbage cans in the lot. Food was good and fresh the employees were friendly. I will go back in future because of that.“
“We know it's Burger King food not a Michelin star restaurant, it's also cheap still wouldn't at McDonald's. I love Burger King 👑. But the thing that stood out to me was a group of individuals there. Hard-working individuals especially during the times when it was really busy. I did catch one person name, Lyric. She was super friendly, was running two different areas from what I had seen, and was straight up about the business. Her and that group were working really hard even with just 3 of them. Would definitely go back at anytime if those 3 workers were busting it out. Great work to that manager running that shift.“
“This review is long over due, I was supposed to sing her praises in December 2025 and it slipped my mind. Months later and she still hasn't changed. I may spell her name wrong but it's Kayonna/Kaeunna she works drive thru and is an absolute joy! She makes your day better! Her customer service is one in a million! Feels like you're at a Chick-Fil-A but BETTER! She makes you and your order fee like her top priority! She deserves a raise! I haven't experienced great customer service like this at a Bk or any fast food, since the 90s! And she's like this every single visit! Spectacular! She's the only reason we continue to return!“
