Terrible steaks, not even a real ribeye or filet mignon. I ordered the New York strip and it was shoe leather 2 times. Asked for it to be taken of the bill! $345 bill mind you after my steak was taken off. 3 steaks had to be sent back twice. I wouldn’t feed this food to my dog!! Apps and Mac n cheese were good though. How are you a steak house and can’t cook a quality steak. Based on the reviews, Paul’s Steakhouse and Grille serves great food with excellent service. The ribs are a 10/10, and the filet is a 9/10. Other popular meals include the Chicken Parmesan, hot honey chicken with mac & cheese, Paul’s melt, lamb chops, and Alfredo. The fried pickles are delicious. Sides like mashed potatoes and gravy, chicken noodle soup, baked potato, and mac & cheese are also good. The atmosphere is nice, with two areas for private parties. Service is consistently praised as great, polite, and prompt. However, alcohol and dessert are not offered. Some guests would recommend a freebie like bread while waiting for an entree. Overall, guests highly recommend the restaurant and will definitely return.
