You can tell Tee truly takes pride in her business and the food she creates—everything is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. There’s genuinely no place in the city like it. “I had the pleasure to eat here on Fathers Day. Everyone in our party said the food was excellent. It was busy but the service was very fast. One thing I noticed was that the manager was doing double duty. She was working the cash register and also getting the take out orders ready. She also found time to walk around the tables asking if everything was ok,You don't see that very often. That lady deserves a raise!!“

“Big Johns is a Flint icon!! If you want a tasty, belly filling sandwich, this is it!! It's Not the cheapest, but, it is the best. I highly recommend the steak and onion, the club and other sandwiches are great as well. Though, their reputation was built on the original steak and onion!!!“

“Met some friends for dinner. We were there catching up for about 3 hours. No pressure to leave, food was excellent (I love O.G.'s eggplant parm! They now have a smaller portion that is just the right size and filling, especially when you add the salad and bread sticks, and you can have room for dessert, if you want.)“

“It definitely wasn’t a location problem. The people there are always friendly and inviting. But their chicken is way too sweet and the tenders are small. Orders 8pc for $15. Not worth it, unfortunately. But I would return to try something else. The 15 minute wait wasn’t too bad considering it was 2pm on a Saturday.“
