“Akari was nothing less than phenomenal. It was my family’s first time here, and even though the restaurant was clearly very busy, she made the entire experience feel personal and welcoming.
At one point, another customer had an issue with their order, and I watched Akari handle the situation calmly and professionally with ease. Since it was our first visit, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and sweet while explaining everything to us.
What stood out the most was how she managed multiple tables and customers at once, yet still made us feel like we were her main priority. Even after our food was delivered, she came back to check on us and genuinely asked what we thought about our experience.
Great service like that is hard to find. We will definitely be back!“

“Huge shout out to Aaron I called Flint location and they had no bread bowls and I literally started crying because when I called GBPB to see if they had Bread bowls Aaron said that they would make me a fresh one so a huge shout out to Grand Blanc Panera Bread from a Grand Blanc Ambassador!“
