“Akari was nothing less than phenomenal. It was my family’s first time here, and even though the restaurant was clearly very busy, she made the entire experience feel personal and welcoming.

At one point, another customer had an issue with their order, and I watched Akari handle the situation calmly and professionally with ease. Since it was our first visit, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and sweet while explaining everything to us.

What stood out the most was how she managed multiple tables and customers at once, yet still made us feel like we were her main priority. Even after our food was delivered, she came back to check on us and genuinely asked what we thought about our experience.

Great service like that is hard to find. We will definitely be back!“

“I had the pleasure to eat here on Fathers Day. Everyone in our party said the food was excellent. It was busy but the service was very fast. One thing I noticed was that the manager was doing double duty. She was working the cash register and also getting the take out orders ready. She also found time to walk around the tables asking if everything was ok,You don't see that very often. That lady deserves a raise!!“

I am not a big fan of coffee, but theirs is very good and I am hooked! Every meal has been delicious (I had excellent clam chowder today), generous portions, and presented in a timely manner. “I love the olive garden and I usually have a good server but today the experience was not so good. The server was talking way too fast that we had to repeatly ask what she was saying. The were doing wine samples today my sister asked for a sample of the wine it was like 2 teaspoons in the glass. I looked around the room at everyone else sample glasses and yep low and behold up to the fatty part of the glass. She acted as if she didn't want to be there. We had to ask for to-go boxes for all 3 of us. She sucked as a server. Had to ask for refills on our endless soup. She didn't smile much at all real stone face. When I decide to go again, i will not sit down if she's my server.(Brittney).

“This was my first visit to a Chick-fil-A. I was very impressed. The food, service, and feeling were excellent. The staff were happy and very pleasant. The speed of receiving my order sets the standard when it comes to fast food. And the quality of the food was without par in the fast food industry.
Because of the reason for my visit, I was treated to a tour by the owner. The process of making your meal is highly structured, ensuring not only the quickness and accuracy in fulfilling your order but also in food safety and freshness. You are not getting served anything that has been sitting around or has been mishandled.
I met a person here for lunch again today. The parking lot was almost completely full, as was the dining room. The drive thru had a line. However, service was still very fast. I have waited a lot longer at fast food places with hardly no traffic. And again, all the staff I interacted with were very courteous and smiling. And of course, the food was suberp. My rating, a 10 out of 5.“
