I love this Taco Bell, but they have one major problem. If you order something extra on your food, you need to check because half of the time it’s not there. Every time I order extra sour cream, they charge me 90 something cents for it and when you open up said item, there’s hardly any sour cream on there. Some sour cream should come on there, but they ain’t even putting the extra on there and they’re charging you.
Daytime cashiers are extremely empathetic and understanding. Very sweet people. Except at 12 am when the night crew comes in. I don’t even get helped sometimes or receive the right food items. Or get told “we closed🙄” in a very short tone. Then get scoffed at when I ask why they say they’re open until 3. Won’t be here after 7 pm. Very rude and need better work ethic.
While the dining area is kept clean and has been redone, the area isn't the best. The food is one of the better for a TacoBell but the staff isn't great. Slow service and not real friendly
