Drive Thru service was excellent. Fast getting through the line, food was hot and plentiful. Very excited to welcome this to our community. One of the most friendliest staffs too
GREAT experience at the new Chik-Fil-a in Fort Gratiot! Was there for lunch on opening day and met the owners, very nice husband/wife team. Went thru the drive thru for breakfast and didn’t wait too long. High quality experience. Customer service top notch! Quality food!
We were very impressed with our service and the quality of the food! Obviously, the wait was long being the grand opening but still was quicker than some other fast food restaurants in town. We had hot, accurate food in our order. The worker who took our order was very friendly as well! We will be back ❤️
