Wow....just wow. The atmosphere was great. The esthetics of the place were welcoming. Great friendly service, top notch service and food. Food cooked to perfection. I am probably one of the most picky people about my eggs. And they made them perfect the first time. Highly recommend! The view across is the lake. Cant go wrong here.
Birch & Maple is a wonderful, gem of a dining experience in Frankfort. As a Scratch kitchen, everything is made in house, with fresh, seasonal ingredients and everything we tried was phenominal! The menu is perfect, ever changing and has amazing variety, and understandably select.

Heard good things so decided to do brunch here while we were in town. Did not disappoint. Great brunch cocktails and the food was amazing. Couldn't decide between the Monte Cristo and chicken & waffles, so we ordered both and split them. Both were done to perfection. Highly recommended.
