I want to give a shout out to Team Member Shawn for being patient with me and my sister in the drive thru lane. We both switched purses and did not have cash money to pay for our order. In that moment, we had to figure out how to make a cashless payment with my sister's phone. Once we got the tap to pay feature to work, we were able to successfully pay our bill. I am forever grateful for Shawn's patience, smile, and excellent customer service during our time of need.
Ordered food. Pulled up to the first window as told. No one was there. Waited a few minutes then pulled up to the second window thinking I maybe didn’t hear correctly. The sweet lady at the window asked if I already paid and I stated no. She said that they don’t accept payments at her window and that I need to back up to the first window again.
