Great little hidden gem in the whopping metropolis of Freeport, Michigan. The owner and his mom were very welcoming the first and only time there. I'm not from here and they made feel at home. The food is great and priced reasonably. Great way to meet new friends.

Honestly didn't make it through the door for fear of being hate crimed.

Mediocre food, weak coffee. My pancakes tasted like whatever had been on the grill before, I think it involved rosemary. The sausage gravy had split, and the biscuit was flat. The sausage tasted fine but was a bit tough in places. We heard a microwave before the food came out. Was that the sausage or the gravy? Perhaps.

I got a Dagwood sandwich and a double cheeseburger both with fries and ranch. The menu says that would cost me 16$ but they charged me 27$, I paid anyway expecting the food to be worth that much. My error there. The bread was soggy, fries were cold, they gave us ketchup instead of ranch, they cut the sandwich in half but one half was huge and the other half was tiny, won’t ever go there again and I’m a local.

Great off the beaten path diner. The waitress was very nice, just complained about working and acted like she didn't want to work. The hours seem to be what they make them, they placed a paper on the front door as to when they closed the diner.

This has been our favorite place to eat for a few years now. Great breakfast burritos (my current favorite until I got a new favorite). My new favorite is the frog legs! My husband insists that I stop raving about them. Current only available on Friday after 2 in the afternoon. Tender, moist with a light batter. They are the best that I have had in my 74 years. Comes with fries and I add an order of homemade cole slaw. The BEST!
Best Burger I’ve ever had! Hands down! It’s the burger you’d make yourself at home but so much better. I drove an hour and 15 mins to get there and will do it again. My sister got the BLT and I need to try it.
