I went there, using the app to order. The app screwed up and put my order in at another location over 45 minutes away and my lunch time is limited. I tried putting in another order but since my last order wasn't finalized, the app wouldn't allow me to place another. I went in and explained what had happened. It took 30/45 mins for our food. We ordered to go. There were literally like 5 people working. Not one staff member was upset or complaining about how busy they were. You could in the manager's face that she was exhausted, but she never gave up. Our food was piping hot and freshly made. They NEVER have a receipt, some window people are grumpy & not neat or cleaned up, hair is not controlled, gloves are not worn when handling food.
