The manager at this location is incredibly rude. I have never been spoken to the way she spoke to me, ever! I will NEVER order from this location. You guys got yourself a real prize 👌🏻
We have been coming here for years and I am normally pleased. But my experience tonight was a prime example of how not to handle customer service. After paying for our pizza, I was told that the order was not ready yet. Over 15 minutes later, I ask where my order is. I’ve been going to this Hungry Howies for years but now all of a sudden they are just plan out nasty for no reason. Treated my husband like crap because he forgot his mask in his truck. My husband pulled his shirt over his face and apologized and was about to run back out and go grab it when he noticed another customer and the employee also didn’t have a mask.
