KFC is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a diverse menu with a variety of options. The parking lot may need some maintenance, but the staff is known for being incredibly kind and thorough, often going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Customers praise the restaurant for its helpful and positive customer service, with employees quickly fixing any order mix-ups. Many enjoy the delicious chicken sandwich, and some miss the snack wrap option. Recent reviews highlight the helpful drive-thru staff and friendly front counter worker, as well as how clean and welcoming the restaurant is. The place is especially loved for its crispy chicken and kid-friendly atmosphere, with staff often being described as some of the nicest in the food business. However, there are occasional challenges, such as delays during power outages or when the restaurant runs out of chicken during busy times.
