The food was great but the service was not. Was told my daughter can’t order a kids meal because she’s too old ( have to be 10 or under, she’s 12 and didn’t put a dent in the “chicken plank” meal). Had to ask for the bill and had two additional servers after asking. Original waitress went MIA.
Have been coming here with my parents for the last few months and it has always been a great experience. The pizza is top notch, gluten free options and we're always happy to be sat in Robin's section - she treats us with urgency and has amazing customer service. This place will continue to be a destination every time i come back home.
They must have been short handed because even though it wasn't visibly busy, the food came out really slow. It was very tasty, and our server was attentive and apologetic about the waits, but hopefully the speed of service isn't the norm here.
