Went into the Gaylord Jimmy Johns last Thursday at noon and had a terrible experience. Waited for 20 minutes for my order. While waiting I watched the staff prepare orders.
At one point, the man cutting the sandwiches wiped the knife he was using off on his apron. There was garbage and food remnants all over the floor behind the counter (see picture attached). I ordered my food online, through iPhone app. I waited over 30 minutes for a confirmation my food was ready for pickup. I was waiting outside this location for 25 minutes of the 30. I saw numerous people going in and coming out with food. I patiently continued to wait. Finally after 45 minutes, I went in to check on my order.
