I go here a bit and it's hit and miss. Sometimes my order is complete and it's an amazing experience for fast food and times where it just sucks. I think it depends on the crew at the time cause this time it wasn't a happy experience.

After having to go back TWO different times because they forgot over half of my food.Got home to once again realize the kids meal they "remade" because it was cold wasn't even in the bag.At this point Kristen(sp) answered the phone and this is where it goes beyond just a missing item or 2 because TBH that's unfortunately almost normal here lately. I don't know anyone supposedly in a management position with such poor people skills. This makes GAYLORD WENDY'S look extremely unprofessional. The gentleman manger I spoke with previously was and is always very helpful and polite. What I delt with just now was the opposite.Then She wouldn't even listen long enough for me to tell her just to give me my money back being my food is old cold & im not hungry anymore.Spent almost 40$ worth of food got 0$ worth. I'm sure good ole Dave Thomas would be proud

The Pretzel Baconator was really good, my husband had the double. My fish sandwich was crispy and I loved that it had pickles on it. The fries are fugly, but only because they have the potato skin on them. ?You know...like the ugly duckling and the swan story.The crowd started piling in at 12:45, it was empty when we arrived. We ate dining-in. The person who waited on us was very happy-go-lucky. I heard him say that he was not from this store. But the whole team worked efficiently as a unit. Everyone working there had high spirits. That is nice to experience.This place usually looks like it is closed, but do not let that fool you. COME ON IN!
