This Wendy’s felt like stepping back in time about 30 years with the wood grain lining the walls and the classic soda fountain when every other Wendy’s nowadays has the fancy coca-cola freestyle machine. There was also a piece of the siding laying on the ground when you step into the entrance. The service was slow, though not the employees fault. I saw maybe 5 people working there with one dude working the cashier counter, bagging orders, and getting drinks...
Improvements have been made since I've been there last. Frostys, are on point. Service is better but still has room for improvement. The burgers I had today were old, dry, and overcooked. The tables inside were clean, little loud and the A/C was pounding us, but clean nonetheless. I'll be eating there more again. Assuming they keep it affordable.
The man that took our order seemed very confused or overwhelmed and it wasn't even that busy. We had a little wait and when he called my name I told him we're missing a shake. Fortunately he didn't argue and looked up the order and made the missing shake. Food was wendys. You get what you expect
