The food is delicious. Made from scratch, and very little salt. Which is excellent your watching your sodium. The staff is super friendly and answered our questions. Also, thank goodness they don't play loud music. That is a bonus.
This place is everything a small town Mexican restaurant needs to be. Have I had better Mexican food? Yes but that was made by my buddies abuelita, and that's nearly impossible to top. The taco bar was excellent, and the waitress was fast and really nice. The colorful interior just put a bow on top of it all. I'll definitely swing by here again next time I'm in Gladwin. Also be sure to bring a couple extra bucks in cash for the little kids bake sale. His cake pops...
Ordered a small beef chimi, came with just beans. I kept thinking I'll get to the beef but never did. I should have ordered it no beans, then I guess I would have gotten the beef. Probably won't try them again.
