The food and service is excellent! HOWEVER the fact that they allow reservations is ridiculous. These girls loose SO MUCH MONEY!! We came in at 6:30 and all the tables had a 7:30 reservations. We scarfed our food down and watched at least 20 ppl leave because they couldn’t sit at the empty tables that had a reservation sign.
My family and I came in after a long drive up north. We got there close to the kitchen closing and most of the tables were full. They said give us a few min and we'll get ya seated. They got us seated drinks and food ordered swiftly. Coming from the service industry and getting sat about the time of kitchen closing is frustrating. We were going to leave and go somewhere else or order fast food but the staff here were kind and asked for us to stay and eat. The food was delicious...
Come here often, have always had great food and great service. Although this time around a bartender was quite rude, ignored us the entire time. And told us the drink menu "was flooding around somewhere and to find it." Was honestly ridiculous and set the rest of our time there.
