Decided to finally take the time to write a long due review. I love this place! First of all, the people are super nice and helpful. In the four years of living in Gladwin and coming to this Pizza Hut I’ve never had a bad experience. I like that although they have a change of staff they still have the core that remains there and keeps this place running smoothly. I’ve had some minor hiccups but have always been met with them going above and beyond to resolve...
Absolutely loved it here! The waitress was great, she even helped us get good deals that weren't advertised. Loved the pizza, the wings weren't too good, but all in all this was a much better experience than I was expecting.
I hate to say this but we got a meat lovers and there was nothing near what it used to have on it. You were lucky if you had two sausage pepperoni on one piece of pizza. we also ordered a supreme as well and it was undercooked seemed really mushy. We ordered the same thing two different times and that how they were both time. It made me really sad cause pizza hut use to be my favorite pizza
