Ordered the whitefish sandwich. Whitefish shouldn't have a strong fishy taste unless the dark meat isn't removed when filleting, or the fillet has gone bad. Roughly 2 of every 3 bites of the filet on my sandwich were overpoweringly fishy, so my assumption is that the fish was filleted incorrectly. The chili was good, if a tad overpriced, and the side salads had more lettuce hearts than I like to see in a $6.00 side salad. Service was good, however. Overall, I was disappointed...
This would be a cute spot for hanging out and possibly drinks. I wouldn’t say it’s known for its food. The staff was friendly on a Sunday late morning when we stopped in for some lunch. The portions were decent size but all of our group’s food was pretty bland and lacked seasonings.
Was seated quickly, the food and service was great. The atmosphere was cool, however the music on 5-29-26 was awful. Slow country music from the early 2000s and no one seemed to be able to change it.
