This was really hard to give a 'star' rating to this place because the service you get and the quality of the food you get is highly dependent on what crew is working. The quality of the food varies SO much! The last time we went, the staff was wonderful, the service was great and the food was phenomenal. However today, service was not good.. actually i was uncomfortable by the atmosphere here today. My food was ten minutes late and i was sitting in the lobby waiting,...
I am going to be nice and leave 3 stars. I don't want to bash a business in the town I live in....but who puts you on hold, just to tell you they aren't taking orders, 1hr and 45 mins before they close ?
We arrived and found they were very understaffed. We, along with other customers ended up leaving when told that it would be an hour wait due to take out orders already placed before us. We like Mancino's, feeling they have excellent reasonably priced food
