I’ve visited Grand Armory a few times now, and although I have to admit it’s not my favorite brewery in Grand Haven, it’s still a very nice one. The beers are of good quality and there’s a good variety. Grapefruit Wheezin’ is probably my favorite, but the Lady Luck Irish Cream Stout is also excellent. Grand Armory is where it’s at! All of the bartenders are amazing, super helpful and pleasure to chat with! Live music is always on point and in the summer their cocktails just hit!
Stopped here a couple times during a long weekend trip. I was surprised how small the space was. The taproom doesn’t occupy the whole building so outside views can be deceiving.
That said, I didn’t have any issue getting a seat but did want to note it.
The beer is mostly (maybe only) their distribution beers that I was familiar with. I would have liked to try some taproom exclusives, but what they had was a good mix of styles.
