Grand Finale Desserts and Pastries

Husband got my birthday cake from here and it did not disappoint. Very great flavor and nice simple design. It was chocolate and chocolate ganache with buttercream.

We used grand Finale for a woodland themed baby shower.
They made vanilla cupcakes and custom sugar cookies for us.
The food looked amazing and tasted delicious. I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed!

This is it. This is the spot. A gorgeous, beautiful, dreamy meal that has us feeling fully satiated and blissed out hours later. We go here for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or to grab chicken salad or madeleines from the case. Just exceptional food and always fastidiously clean. There is a public restroom inside the building. If we’re out on a bike ride we use the patio, you’ll want to dress up for dinner

I ordered a birthday cake last minute on Wednesday for a Friday pickup. Carrot cake was our easiest option so close to the time needed and let me say, it did NOT disappoint. Probably the best carrot cake we've ever had!

I recently ordered from Grand Finale. The desserts are the real showstoppers; they are delicious!

I also want to give a huge shoutout to Bella, who provided exceptional service throughout the process. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, including accommodating our dietary restrictions. The option to pre- order was a thoughtful touch that allowed us to relax and enjoy without any last-minute stress.

Overall, Grand Finale exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for great food and wonderful service for their next celebration!

I ordered a Devil's food cake, with Kahlua filling, and Orange flavored frosting for my 30th birthday. I was anticipating this cake for weeks!

I was asked over the phone if I would add a tip when I made the order. I said I would wait and leave a cash tip at pickup, (my reasoning was so that I could see the quality and tip based on that, but I didn't say that to them just that I would leave cash at pickup). They said ok.

Now for design I said "I don't really have a plan so I'm going to let you guys get creative and make me something pretty but, I want it to be purple because that is my favorite color". They said ok. I had looked at pics online and was sure they would do something awesome.

Now I picked up the cake and immediately noticed it was visually not what I asked for but still left a $15 cash tip. Hoping the flavor would be great. I could have frosted and designed this cake myself, I was so disappointed. After cutting into and trying the cake I was just extremely unhappy. I couldn't taste any Kahlua or Orange. It tasted like a normal chocolate cake with vanilla frosting.

Always get my cakes and sweets from Justin and his team! They do an incredible job! A strawberry whipped cream cake was ordered for my birthday and it was a big hit with the family! Highly recommend this cake and all other cakes & sweets!

I seriously wonder if it would've caused the employees distress if they attempted to smile and offer quality customer service. The way they acted, their complete lack of enthusiasm and friendliness was almost comical. Good muffins though!

We have had dinner at Grand Finale, 3 times. Each time the food, service and atmosphere was excellent. They have really changed the dinner options in the Tri Cities and beyond. Creative menu, great presentation and fabulous wine list.

We ordered cupcakes for the 1st time from here and we were not disappointed. Lemon cake with raspberry filling and the Italian buttercream. These were AMAZING! & not over sweet at all like most buttercreams. The raspberry filling was not jelly, it was some type of puree. The cupcakes made are high quality. We will be back :)
