rude employees. would not talk to you. ordered online pick up time was 5:45. Got there at 5:55. still not ready only employees were in the building no customers!! they made them and tossed them at me. I ask if they would bag them. they said no you can. I will go out of my way to find another Jimmy John's before returning to this one!!
They have a store in Grand Haven but won't deliver to Grand Haven Township. How sad. How disappointing.
I have never had an issue with this location but we placed an order 35 minutes ago. Order 745390283
We live down the street. We could have picked it up faster than this. Or had any other delivery service make us food in less time..what is up? this is ridiculous.
