We picked up our lunch order, we were assured that everything was in the bag. We were foolish to believe them! 20 minutes later here we are trying to eat without forks or spoons. No honey for the biscuits, no salt, no napkins. Called the store and they were rude and uncooperative. Never again!

joined an signed up online to the KFC app and utilized one of the benefit coupon's..NEEDLESS TO SAY AFTER SPENDING WAY MORE TIME THEN IT SHOULDVE TAKEN,IM TALKIN LIKE 12-15 MINS JUS TO SIGN UP AN PLACE MY ORDER,AND PAYIN THAT PRICEY BILL,CUZ KFC IS EXPENSIVE,IM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER..ORDER A LARGE 🍟 AND RECEIVED A LARGE (CONTAINER) THAT WAS JUS OVER A QUARTER THE WAY FULL,THE LARGE COLESLAW WAS ROOM TEMP OR BETTER,AND THE BISCUITS TASTED LIKE THEY BEEN SITTIN FOR A MIN...VERY DISAPPOINTED WIT GRAND HAVEN KFC

This KFC is good. Chicken was fresh and not soaked with grease. The staff were very slow and didn't get all the components of the meal. Many people had to go back up to the counter to get sauces or parts of the meal that was left out. The young man running the counter was polite and was doing a far job, while the lead was demanding. I would recommend some customer service training and some leadership training for those who think they are leading. Although the staff were slow and seemly confused, that is a tickle down effect for poor leadership. On the plus side, the food was fresh and not soaked with grease. Overall, I would continue getting food here but would struggle to overlook the lack of customer service skills and leadership skills.

Had an order to go. We received only 7 pieces in an 8 piece chicken tenders meal. Our order was missing the Large fries and honey bbq sauce. We were supposed to get 4 biscuits and received 3 biscuits and one corn muffin. Incredibly bad service.

Went in to get one of the new Dunk It boxes. Firstly the people were very nice and took the order perfectly, very kind. Everything else though...

In spite of being the ONLY person in line I was still asked to pull forward and park to wait for the food. They brought it out, apologized for the wait. I thought nothing of it and went to eat.

When I got it home(a 3 minute drive) I found out they hadn't put any of the dipping sauces in, there were only four of the mash potato dippers instead of seven, and all the food inside was cold and stale as though it had been sitting out. The tenders were laughably small as well.

A few things. I got the chicken little meal. And I left with hard bread on my sandwiches. I was about to leave a really bad review because I was hangrey (not going to lie) but the angel of a manager (she had red hair) she took care of my order and gave me an extra chicken little!! I appreciate her so much for that! As for atmosphere I noticed that their was a guy yelling out the drive through window at some customers to move there car. I would say that was a bit disrespectful (although I understand they don’t get paid enough some may say). If anything they should have went outside and let them know that they were blocking people in.

I travel for work so I’m staying in a nearby hotel. I was happy to see one of my favorite restaurants in the area. After going through drive thru & getting back to my room. I noticed my order wasn’t pleasant. I took my order back so they can correct the mistake. I was super respectful and friendly. The customer service I received back from April was mind blowing. Before I can explain anything she cut me off and told me to give her the receipt. After giving her receipt she looked me up in down & said this was 30min ago what do you expect. After remaking my order with no apology or accountability I just asked her name and politely walked away. I travel a lot here for work and I don’t see myself ever coming back. A simple smile or some sort of empathy would have went a long way. I work long hours and I had to turn around get back out of my when my order should’ve been right the first time. & I was giving the worst customer service ever. Customer service is not a field April should be in & I hope she is held accountable how she has made customers feel.

First, place is clean at least. Second, the staff is KINDA good. My food came quickly enough but the guys at the register were pretty slow on figuring out how to put my order into the register. Last comes the food. The chicken strips (I got the Nashville hot) were cold and rubbery. The only redeeming factor was the sauce. The fries that came with it were cold and old. The biscuit was tossed into my strips container and got soaked with the sauce, even though I asked for dine in, they could have placed it on the side next to my fries. This made the biscuit inedible. This could be a solid KFC if they only pay closer attention to the temps and freshness of their food.

Internet is always off, can not order online. Management should wake up and run a business correctly. Why would a company want rush order opposed to planned pickup?? Such a huge opportunity to be profitable and keep customers returning.
