Went in to get one of the new Dunk It boxes. Firstly the people were very nice and took the order perfectly, very kind. Everything else though...
In spite of being the ONLY person in line I was still asked to pull forward and park to wait for the food. They brought it out, apologized for the wait. I thought nothing of it and went to eat.
When I got it home(a 3 minute drive) I found out they hadn't put any of the dipping sauces in, there were only four of the mash potato dippers instead of seven, and all the food inside was cold and stale as though it had been sitting out. The tenders were laughably small as well.

You lose buckets of business by having your online ordering turned off.
A few things. I got the chicken little meal. And I left with hard bread on my sandwiches. I was about to leave a really bad review because I was hangrey (not going to lie) but the angel of a manager (she had red hair) she took care of my order and gave me an extra chicken little!! I appreciate her so much for that! As for atmosphere I noticed that their was a guy yelling out the drive through window at some customers to move there car. I would say that was a bit disrespectful (although I understand they don’t get paid enough some may say). If anything they should have went outside and let them know that they were blocking people in.

I travel for work so I’m staying in a nearby hotel. I was happy to see one of my favorite restaurants in the area. After going through drive thru & getting back to my room. I noticed my order wasn’t pleasant. I took my order back so they can correct the mistake. I was super respectful and friendly. The customer service I received back from April was mind blowing. Before I can explain anything she cut me off and told me to give her the receipt. After giving her receipt she looked me up in down & said this was 30min ago what do you expect. After remaking my order with no apology or accountability I just asked her name and politely walked away. I travel a lot here for work and I don’t see myself ever coming back. A simple smile or some sort of empathy would have went a long way. I work long hours and I had to turn around get back out of my when my order should’ve been right the first time. & I was giving the worst customer service ever. Customer service is not a field April should be in & I hope she is held accountable how she has made customers feel.

First, place is clean at least. Second, the staff is KINDA good. My food came quickly enough but the guys at the register were pretty slow on figuring out how to put my order into the register. Last comes the food. The chicken strips (I got the Nashville hot) were cold and rubbery. The only redeeming factor was the sauce. The fries that came with it were cold and old. The biscuit was tossed into my strips container and got soaked with the sauce, even though I asked for dine in, they could have placed it on the side next to my fries. This made the biscuit inedible. This could be a solid KFC if they only pay closer attention to the temps and freshness of their food.

Internet is always off, can not order online. Management should wake up and run a business correctly. Why would a company want rush order opposed to planned pickup?? Such a huge opportunity to be profitable and keep customers returning.

I stopped ordering when they became too lazy to plug the internet in for Online Ordering.
They’re literally the least busy fast food place in the entire town. Like, by a long shot. Yet they’re still so lazy that they keep their internet off at all times to prevent you from ordering online.

Management is very unprofessional. Training sucks, and very RUDE!!! Wouldn't recommend anybody to think about applying at this establishment. Need to have management that can take the time to TRAIN PROPERLY and not just throw someone on the fryers and expect them to know what to do. Without asking question. Which isn't acceptable how would you know how to cook the food properly.
I give them a 2 put of 10.

Food was great. Service was great. Everyone was in uniform and they were very neat and clean. One of the cleanest KFCs I have been in! Great job!!!

Ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo with fries and a Mountain Dew at the drive thru. Received the sandwich and drink but no fries. Asked about the fries and was told the combo didn't come with any sides. Asked if I could add fries and was told no.

While the lady at the counter was great at customer service, she had no idea about running the register, and had problems counting out change. I had to correct her twice to get the correct amount. Otherwise she was great, and so was the food.

They did not put any sauce on my spicy chicken sandwich then proceeded to roll her eyes saying we would have to charge $2 more to add sauce
