We were in there with company from California today. The 2 young workers acted like they wished we were not there. They were both stone faced the entire time we were picking things out. We felt like we were bothering them so we bought less than we were going to. Not a peep of thank you after we payed either. They just handed us our bags and looked away. The fudge and chocolates we bought were very good, but the service was unacceptable.
Just as tasty as Ann Arbor!!
Can’t beat the Waffle cones and the available choices. When all of the other ice cream stores closed at 10:00 pm, Kilwins was still busy when we went in at 10:30 pm.
