The restaurant was just closing up as we walked up, despite it being their closing time, they invited us in to eat, encouraging us to dine in and take our time. Amazing service. We had both soups offered that day and sandwiches- everything was delicious. Highly recommend! Thank you, lakeside eats!

Food's great. Basically any sandwich is going to be great, but the roast beef and Reuben have been my standbys.The service is excellent. The room itself is a little dark, but that's what you get with these old shotgun-storefronts. I don't go for the vibes, anyway, just the sandos.

Visited her for the first time and it was enjoyable. The atmosphere is nice and clean. There is seating in the front section and then plenty in the back area (much more than we expected). Food was good, we had a couple of sandwiches. One was a hot roast beast with horseradish which was very good; I’m hit or miss on if I like horseradish sauce and this was a hit. We also had a hot chicken club sandwich which was good but could use a little more flavor (maybe salt and pepper or a chipotle sauce). We will go back to try their other sandwiches.

This place is our new favorite for a day on the boat! They have a Boat Box! It comes with assorted cheeses, meats, fruit, nuts and crackers. A traveling charcuterie board for the boat! What a cool idea! It was so good and plan to get another one for Labor Day weekend! Also the staff was so helpful and friendly!
