I've tried both hot and sour soup and egg drop soup several times at different restaurants. I wanted to like them SO bad, but just couldn't. My BFF told me I HAD to try them from here and once I did, I would never want to try them anywhere else, so I tried them. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!!! SO DELICIOUS! I'm bummed I live an hour away 😫 could you open one up here in the north? 🤷♀🤣
Mama’s Thai is usually reliable for us, and I typically get the basil fried rice, medium spice. Tonight it seemed like it was made with fresh rice, rather than day old / leftover. That really changes the texture of the dish, and it was mushy. Not as spicy or flavourful as it typically is either.
