HUGE portions, great ice cream, and prices you can’t beat for the amount of ice cream you get. Truly the best ice cream in town- you have many places to get ice cream in Grand Haven, but trust me when I say Norm’s is the best! We have never been disappointed.
A LOT of ice cream for the prices! I got a ‘baby’ sized soft serve and could barely finish it! My husband got a small flurry and it looked like a whole pint of ice cream. It was also delicious, will definitely visit again!
Simple, delicious ice cream experience. The first time I went, my cup wasn't big enough and they wouldn't give me a bigger cup or split it up into two cups. They did give me an extra cup, but doing it myself was extremely messy. They were pretty rude about it too, so I had to drive home with this dripping all over my car.
