Every time I go through the drive through it takes forever. I’m talking about 15-30 just to get my order, and with the curb on the right you get trapped so you can’t change your mind or leave if you’re late to anything else. If this continues I will be choosing to eat elsewhere.

Just went through the drive through. There was one car ahead of me, already at the window. I ordered a group chicken noodle soup. I waited 20min to finally move up and get the food. When I got home, there was essentially just broth in the soup. For nearly $30 that’s crazy. Not sure why this location is so bad. Every time I go to this one, it’s always the same.

We went to the Grand Haven Panera Bread drive-thru and ordered 4 toasted bagels--2 with cream cheese and 2 with butter. The cashier was super friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and politely answered our questions. The order was ready quickly and was accurate. The bagels and cream cheese were delicious and the service was above average. Very pleased!

I liked the flavor of the walnut and cranberry chicken sandwich, but it had more tomatoes than anything else. It had about half a tablespoon of the chicken salad on the entire sandwich. I was very disappointed. It wasn't close to being worth $12.

My order is wrong almost every time I stop here, and most times I’m only getting a coffee with almond milk and sugar.

Restaurant is always clean and people are friendly but I always hesitate to order here because they rarely give you what you all of what you pay for. I’ve had to go back numerous times for them not giving me all the avocado on my salad. This is a shame because I would order here a lot more often so they’re basically giving up a customer for a quarter of an avocado. I’ve also spoken with others who have noticed this too. It’s the only Panera I’ve been to that does this, not sure why. I pay $14 for a salad, I’m not asking for more. Only for what I paid for without having to manage them.

Ordered through the app and picked up in the drive through today and was pretty well-disappointed. Though we had all of our food, each item was off somehow. My green smoothie tasted bad, there was no bacon on my bacon Mac and cheese (which I paid extra for), my sandwich's ingredients were all on one side, and my partners passion fruit tea tasted bad as well. Not sure what happened there but overall pretty disappointed for a $50 meal.
