Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Couldn't understand the person taking the order. Repeated order multiple times. Somehow it still wasn't right. Then had to wait longer. Got tired of waiting in the drive thru. Walked in to get food. Still wasn't ready. Asked for a refund over and over again. Only to get back to what I guess was the manager that didn't understand English. They didn't want to refund my money. Eventually got my money back. This is very sad.

They need to figure out placement for employees. A women that doesn't speak English should not be running drive thru

I moved to grand haven about 2 years ago, and when I first moved to GH I went to this Popeyes and it was terrible. The service was rude, extremely slow, and the food was usually cold. However, in the past couple of months, I have noticed a HUGE change, both as a customer and as a DoorDasher. I go to countless restaurants and this Popeyes consistently has the food ready before I even get there. The change is amazing, and whoever the new management is is phenomenal.

Popeyes, as a company has made their sides smaller twice over a very short period of time, while raising prices as well. Now, a large side of beans and rice is the size of what a small used to be, and costs 5.99. Deleted the app, never again.

I eat here often order from the app regularly. The people are super polite always get my order right and have it ready in a timely fashion. Best Popeyes in the country!

This place is just totally the worst place to go to eat. The employees are rude and hard to understand them they hardly speak English and they can hardly understand it . And when I took a coupon in there to use the the girl couldn't even read it...I don't recommend this restaurant to get your food.

It's Popeyes. As long as they get the order right it's good. On their second attempt they did get the order right.

I ordered $23 worth of food +900 points through their app at 10:00 PM on a Saturday night. I paid through the app with my Apple Pay. I have the receipt. When I reached the store around 10:20 PM I was met with a non-English speaking worker who Google translate translated to me and said that they were closed. I never received my order and my money was taken out of my account. I tried to do the support online, but it was just a bot that told me someone would get to me as soon as they could.. such poor service and who knows if I’ll ever get my refund for food I never received

Placed an order online for pickup. The website said the store is open. When I reached there the employees (none of whom spoke English) said the store is closed and there’s nothing they can do. I asked for a refund and they said again that they cannot do anything. Customer support online still said the order is in process so just go pick it up. Such bs.

The lady who took my order couldn’t understand that we wanted three wraps. 1 in a meal of 2 and an extra wrap on the side. We got our food and found out they only gave us the 2 wraps. I only work in the area and was calling to see if I could get a refund or the extra wrap for tomorrow. And they won’t answer the phones.
