Why you put sandwiches in pictures then have me build it i dont want that I want that sandwich in the picture and I ordered a
Sandwich for you to make it i didn't ask for my sandwich back so I can rip it back apart to put mayo on it why can't you do that do I get a discount or something I dont work there I could have made my own sandwich

We were in Grand Haven for the day, and we are so glad we chose to stop here for lunch! The staff was very friendly (and communicative with my child as well). The food was well prepared, perfectly proportioned, and tasted great! The store is easy to find, and it has a clean, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We will stop here again on our next trip. Kudos to the staff and management!

I would give no stars. The service was rude, the food was gross. The $5 footlong cookie was dough. Not cooked fully. Same with the churro. Doughy.

I asked the lady how long they cook them. She said 15-30 seconds. I asked if they are fully cooked before warmed up she goes “probably not”

Never ever eating here again.

Ordered online and went in just to be told they aren't trained in online orders. I showed them my phone and verified it came out of my bank account. His reply was well, you can get the money back tomorrow. It's 9:36...my order was to be ready at 9:40 and they stop taking orders at 9:30 although my online order was sent at 9:15

The grand haven subway is always my favorite to go to. My kiddos get to pick exactly what they want, customized to their taste, which makes dinner time a breeze.I’m autistic and restaurants can be very difficult for me sometimes, as I don’t get to make my own food. Today I had an issue with the app, and Rachel was so kind and helpful- even as I was nervous. She shows wonderful customer service, and a genuine drive to assist customers.Once again, we have soft, fresh bread, and tasty sandwiches, cookies, and a nice pizza! Thank you grand haven subway, and special thanks to Rachel! ?

Kid-friendliness: My kids are always happy to get to choose all their own toppings. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.
