If I could give zero stars I would. They consistently forget items with DoorDash orders and won’t make them after when the dasher is willing to go get them and bring it back to you. Manager on third/second shift is UNWILLING to work with you just tells you to go to the app for help. The app only gives you a $5 coupon WHICH DOESNT COVER THE COST OF WHAT WAS MISSED/FORGOTTEN. By the workers. I’ve had this issue numerous times and it still hasn’t been fixed. It’s not like dashers can check before leaving. Do better gh Taco Bell.

Very processed and not the best, there are mostly screens so you don't talk to the workers all too much. It was mostly clean but some bad spots. Overall it was ok 👌. Also almost zero decor.

To be honest, I only ever go here once every few months. My order is always a couple of drinks and a burrito or two. Generally, always order on the mobile app as well.
However, whether if I’m only the 4th car in line, or the 10th at the drive through, around 11pm, I am waiting for at least 45 minutes. Without fail, if I decide to get Taco Bell at this location, I will be waiting for an excessive amount of time.
The food, when finally received, is a complete gamble. It’s either perfect, hot and fresh. Or it’s cold, without any care given to its preparation.
I am not expect perfection from a fast food joint, but please find a way to emphasize the fast part of that term.

Standing here, waiting for food, and a teenage boy walks up and politely asks for a side of sour cream he requested with his order. A young girl with a black nose, ring rolls her eyes and walks away after telling him it was put on his Quesadilla. An older lady walks over and hand him a sour cream and apologizes for not providing the side requested. Eye rolls once again from the unprofessional rude girl. The lack of kindness from this girl was appalling. It’s sour cream girl, no need to be rude to the customer.

We sometimes come through this location in Grand Haven, on our way back to Muskegon. The customer service is usually top notch. The food quality/temperature/preparation can be iffy.

Spent 1hour waiting on a doordash while people that came in 45 mins after ever getting served.
It was clean inside and the staff were all friendly. Food was made right and hot as well as being neat. The only reason for not giving overall 5 star was the two bearded guys with no beard nets. I didn't have any issues with hair in my food, but statistically, if they aren't using beard nets someone is getting beard hair in their food occasionally.
Best Taco Bell in the area. Sometimes there’s a little bit longer of a wait depending how busy they are
