Great hard working staff always organized and friendly people there to greet you and never usually have any issues with my food like MOST other taco bells. Keep up hard work!

All I ordered was a single quesadilla, I never did get it, watching the 5 people who ordered food of multiple items after I had placed my order and get to leave to was enough. At least I didn’t pay for it yet cuz I had cash but 15 minutes for a quesadilla is ridiculous, I left not long after

I used to love coming to this location, to the point where the staff knew my name and order. However with no breakfast and insane price increases I can not come here. My order is always correct and fresh but when I can get the same product for half price 10-15 minutes away I’ll make the trip. Hope some of these issues can be resolved.

I love Taco Bell to begin with but throughout my current pregnancy Taco Bell is the only thing that ever sounds good. I am at this location so much I am on a first name basis with the employees lol I literally never leave Google reviews but they are all seriously so kind and personable that I feel like I needed too. The food is always good and quick
The employees are always super friendly and kind and it makes my day. Thanks for being awesome guys!

Expensive, smaller than it used to be
Thank goodness this location was open still! Wow no one in this town keeps their dining areas open after 9pm, for some reason!

This Taco Bell has really gone downhill. It's bad enough they don't do breakfast anymore, but now their prices are about 50 percent higher than the Taco Bell by the mall. So for now I just make the 13 minute drive and I end up saving way more money than what I spend on gas to get there.
Here are some examples of the price differences:
Spicy Potato Soft Taco - $1.79 vs $1.00
Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito - $1.99 vs $1.00
Crispy Chicken Taco - $6.49 vs $5.69
Cantina Chicken Bowl - $9.39 vs $7.59
Build Your Own Cravings Box - $9.99 vs $6.29
Add Onions - $0.29 vs $0.00
Add Spicy Ranch - $0.75 vs $0.30
Add Black Beans - $0.79 vs $0.30
Add Guacamole - $1.20 vs $0.50
I'm guessing that the only items that aren't more expensive are the ones where the price is advertised or set by corporate.
Oh, and they got rid of the chili cheese burrito, a local favorite.
So I make the short drive out of town to get breakfast, way better prices, and chili cheese burritos.

I'm sorry but my previous review does absolutely not reflect the changes that have happened to this location. New management's greed has completely destroyed this Taco Bell. The insane price hikes are unbelievable. What once was the only Taco Bell I would visit has basically become the only location I won't visit. I feel bad for the staff that has to suffer with this poor lapse in judgement made by the ownership. We all suffer due to the greed.
The staff and food are still great the very few times I visited since the change. They try hard with the tools they are given. There were times I would frequent this location almost daily for years. Nevertheless, that time is no longer. A shining star in the community has now tarnished into a faceless greed machine.
If you read recent posts from others, its very apparent. A LOT has changed and NONE of it has benefitted the customers from all these years. We can only be loyal until we are taken advantage of.
I'll stop by occasionally to say hi to long time friends. But most of my money will stay in my pocket. I'm not going to line the pockets of those who have destroyed one of my most loved restaurants in Grand Haven. (Even the world)
The end of an era comes not with a bang, but a whimper.
RIP to the best Taco Bell on the planet.
Review from 2020
Bar none, the best Taco Bell location. Consistently fast, friendly, and accurate service. I can't even go to other Taco Bell locations, because even at their best, they couldn't match the Grand Haven crew. Staff is top notch year after year. The most welcoming restaurant in town.

Laughable high prices, no longer serving breakfast either. Greedy owner.

New owners and prices have been raised. Also they no longer serve breakfast at this location. Taco Bell is supposed to be the cheaper fast food option. I can’t get out of the drive through for under $25 for two people - the same order that used to be under $18. Ridiculous.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service is the literal worst!! On top of the terrible service, the food order is wrong almost 99% of the time. Will not be back.
