Excellent breakfast spot. Friendly owners and great breakfast sandwiches. Sausage and waffle bites are awesome! I got the spinach artichoke croissant breakfast melt. My wife got the bacon egg and cheese. It does get busy on Sunday around 9:30 so get there early!! There is seating outside and inside
