I have been a regular for the past month or so, and I LOVE coming to this Biggby. It is such a great atmosphere, but still, a place where I can focus and study in the mornings. The baristas go above and beyond and are extremely fast. As a customer who is here every morning sitting to study while drinking my coffee, I have been able to see them slow and extremely busy. I was JUST there in the Drive-thru, and I had forgotten to ask for my drink iced. The crew were so kind, and quickly remade my drink (even though it was 100% my fault). I just wanted to give the girl in the window props for a great interaction, and genuine kindness!! Live laugh love you girl!
Biggby of Grand Ledge is always a friendly place to grab a specialty coffee, and they always make our usual 4 orders very quickly. I know I can get in and out, and leave happier than when I went in! Great staff!
