I love Wendy's, and I'd choose them over any other fast food restaurant, if I had the option to. Their food is always fine and I've never had to wait too long in the drive-through.If you're dining in, the staff are super nice and friendly, so kudos to them!I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because their hours of operation are really weird and because I work during the week, I'm generally never able to have a meal there - they are only open until 5 p.m. Sigh.
Ordered a quick bite before a night meeting with the understanding that Wendy’s fries are supposed to be hot and fresh to order. Mine were not. They were relatively warm and stale. The pop and CO2 isn’t mixed correctly and I don’t know what happened to this burger but I’ll never order it again. I’m not sure if it’s the restaurant or the burger itself but the flavors, funky.

Wendy's GM (or in some type of management position). Was speaking loudly on the phone in the lobby belittling one of his assistant managers. Had glasses and a man bun. Food was fine and the young person at the counter was pleasant.
