Jamie was our attendant and she was incredible! We talked up Adobe a lot to a friend from out of state and our expectations were exceeded. She was patient and kind and detail oriented to our order. Best service we’ve had in a long time and we all left thinking “I’m SO GLAD it’s not an AI attendant!”
Let me first say that I had little confidence the food would be as good as El Sombrero was…the tortilla chips were about 75% and the taco salad wasn’t in an edible bowl.
All of that being said, it took me back to the old days of food I had growing up. I could eat chips and bean dip all day long there but the salad was just so fresh and delicious.

Dont get me started on that chicken dip!!!! That stuff is addictive. Doesn’t hurt to have another late night food option on bridge st besides Fratelli’s! Love Adobe.
