Jodie is a total angel and the best saving grace for my disaster trip on American airlines. She noticed my service dog struggling after being stuck in the airport since 4 am with over 8 hours of delays. Out of the kindness of her heart she offered him some bacon and a small bowl of chicken. it totally saved his day and cheered him right up. Stewart and I will never forget Jodies kindness!
Eric is the bartender you want to get,if your in a sour mood,he will cheer you up. Only had the chicken tortilla soup, well worth the price. Highly recommend altitude at the Grand Rapids Airport
The food was excellent! I have their Harvest Salad, and the atmosphere quiet and relaxing. I sat at a low table on the side closest to where you walk up. The high tops on the other side appeared nice too.
My server: Shawna was pleasant and she gave great service (always coming around to see if anyone needed anything). She wasn’t pushy with the bill, but when I was, delievered it right away. Would recommend!
