I am very happy about my experience with Anna's house today. We originally placed a delivery order with 3rd party and it was taking a really long time. I called Anna's and they said it had already been picked up and to contact the delivery service. Fast forward 1 hour, still no food, I canceled the order and got a full refund. Anna's house recently catered a bridal shower for us (20 people). It was a great experience from start to finish. I worked with Jody, the general manager, who helped me set everything up. She made great suggestions and made sure that the amount of food ordered would be enough, but not too much.
