Draft lines are not well maintained. Bells winter white was putrid. Food was consistent Applebee's.

I am from out of state. Came to eat there because close to my hotel. Somehow the cooks there don't know what crispy or extra crispy means. I get the most soggiest of fries and buns I've ever had when I ask for toasted buns and extra crispy fries! This has been for 4 times in a row. Try to give them the benefit of a doubt. I'm over it! Worst Applebee's to go to! You might want to consider hiring cooks who know their ABC's of how to cook food to the customers request.

Des, our waitress, was an absolute delight! She is literally a bright lighten that could take anyone’s dark day turn into full sunshine! She pushes the clouds away with her smile and I will be coming back just to see her!!!!!!!

The person who seated us was nice. Our server was unprofessional and lazy. I left a tip but regret doing so. Spilled water all over the table, blamed it on the fact that one glass had no ice. Everything was wet but she walked away. When she came back to take the order, I had to ask fornapkins ore something to wipe up all the water. Silverwrar wrapped in napkins were soaked stars paper cover was soaked making it difficult to get the paper off. Food was very overcooked. All pasta was musky and stuck together in clumps (3 different pasta dishes...all bad) chicken, overcooked, dry, hard no flavor in anything and cold. 3 of 4 meals ordered, not fit to eat. Worst meal ever. Brought my 93 year old Korean Veteran dad there from Grand Rapids VA HOME for a special treat and we were all sorely disappointed. I didn't want to make a scene and upset my dad, but I want you all to know!! We will never be back. Atmosphere was as usual in this chain restaurant but we were there around 11:30am. Not many people. Normally I would not complain about Applebee's pricing except, I paid $106 (including tip) for the worst meals ever. Not happy! My main takeaway from this visit is there was no excuse for the meals and service to be this bad. We will never be back!

I got ribs and my husband got a steak. Food was decent. Its a typical Applebee's. I called in for pickup. There wasn't any utensils or napkins and I had to ask for the extra condiments that I paid for. Its like no one cares anymore.

Everything was going great until the food arrived and we did not face silverware. It took over five minutes for silverware to arrive, by that time I had sent my order back.

Our waitress was very apologetic and it definitely was not her fault. Our bill was adjusted, but I was really looking forward to the Riblets, they are delicious.

Although this was the worst experience I have ever experienced at Applebees, I will not let it deter me from coming back, I realized this was an anomaly.

I was just disappointed, I really wanted the Riblets!
