Haven't managed to make my sandwich right the past 5 times ive been there- literally just no sauce. Real shame cuz the shakes are good.

It took 8 minutes at the drive thru. Then when I got my sandwich it looked they played catch with it. Like it came out of a trash can. Never going to this dump again.

Stopped at this location a couple times while heading to airport..first time the guy behind the counter was upbeat and had a great attitude. The second time I went there a lady at the drive through window was short, dismissive and seemed annoyed that I placed an order. I didn't get her name but she was a heavyset black woman working the night of the 20th. Would have rated lower but the guy with a good attitude increased it. I think this Arby's has a bad apple working there. Not sure why some companies put people like this on their front line to interact with customers. Not a good look.

Food was terrible frys rock hard, roast beef old and hard. fire your people start over obviously it's to hard to serve people fresh food you need togo

Food is good but very overpriced. I miss the 3/$5 days.
Went at 6 30 to find the dinner room locked. Althrough the sign says 10 pm. Think twice before going here.

Completed an online mobile order. Arrived and no one has shoveled the walkway no salt or anything for customers coming in. Customer service was not the best. Seemed like that these people didnt want to work today and it definitely showed. Had to wait 12 minutes for food after ordering in drive thru to get cold fries, cold mozzarella sticks and they don't even have a cheese pull and cold and overcooked turnovers that one had hair on it and something else we couldn't figure it. Worst food ever from this establishment that is a little pricey than other fast food places. Terrible!!!! Never experienced this at any other Arby's so disappointed.

I came inside to eat as it’s usually quicker and I prefer to see them make my food. I’m truly grossed out and I never wanna eat here again after what I saw today. The short blonde lady, which I assume is Anne, as I heard someone say her name. She took my order then had an attitude because I kept switching around my order, then,I saw her pick up a fry with her bare hands and proceeded to eat with her back facing me, as if I wouldn’t notice. Which is gross because why are you digging your bare hands in the fryer. Lastly, when she was bagging my food, she had ITCHED HER CROTCH. WITH THE SAME HANDS THAT SHE USED TO BAG MY FOOD THEN AFTER SHE PROCEEDED TO DIG IN MY BAG THEN GAVE ME THE FOOD. Im appalled. Seriously. Hire clean workers.

I came in around 1pm. “Anne” was on the receipt and I believe she was at the window, blonde lady. She said “what can I get you” very rudely on the speaker. Then She had huffed her breath when I had asked her a question about the menu and said “everything that we have on the menu is what we have”. I was very shocked. When I get to the window, she glared at me and didn’t say hello. She took my cash from me and I told her the amount that I have and she said “well I need to make sure so my drawer isn’t short” I told her to give me back my money and I left… I felt very disrespected as I’ll NEVER lie about money, I used to work in food and I am a person of color and I don’t feel comfortable coming back.
If I could I would give them a zero my food some was burnt and the rest was ice cold one staff member was really rude I will never return to this store

The classic as usual is great, the jamocha shake, again great, the signature curly fries are only good when hot... unfortunately, not this visit!
We got there just before close11:45pm. The person that took our order said they only had enough beef for two sandwiches and asked we pull forward, but Mike brought out our order asked us to check the order for accuracy, and went back in to get ketchup for us. Mike turned a disappointing experience into a great one by his care and attitude.

I think they are trying to fail. 3rd Arby's same thing. People who seem like they don't want to be there. Condiments empty so I asked for packaged. Got 6 ketchup packs all stuck together. Sandwich was good. Fries not great. Bottom line is step it up or close.
