I hate this Arby’s. Every time I go they do something wrong. I only go once or twice a year and it always sucks. Today I went through the drivethru with a coupon. I handed my card and the coupon to the guy at the window. He ran the card without putting on the discount. Then when I asked he gave it back and said they couldn’t cause they already ran it.
So I paid full price instead of whatever the discounted price was. Like it’s so hard to refund and run the right amount. Just avoid this place.

Haven't managed to make my sandwich right the past 5 times ive been there- literally just no sauce. Real shame cuz the shakes are good.

It took 8 minutes at the drive thru. Then when I got my sandwich it looked they played catch with it. Like it came out of a trash can. Never going to this dump again.
Stopped at this location a couple times while heading to airport..first time the guy behind the counter was upbeat and had a great attitude. The second time I went there a lady at the drive through window was short, dismissive and seemed annoyed that I placed an order. I didn't get her name but she was a heavyset black woman working the night of the 20th. Would have rated lower but the guy with a good attitude increased it. I think this Arby's has a bad apple working there. Not sure why some companies put people like this on their front line to interact with customers. Not a good look.

Went at 6 30 to find the dinner room locked. Althrough the sign says 10 pm. Think twice before going here.
