This place was extremely short staffed, as in 1 person in the back and one working drive thru and counter. But that's not complaining, that's a compliment! They really were working hard and did a wonderful job for how busy it was. I truly applaud the 2 of them. 👏

Stopped at this location a couple times while heading to airport..first time the guy behind the counter was upbeat and had a great attitude. The second time I went there a lady at the drive through window was short, dismissive and seemed annoyed that I placed an order. I didn't get her name but she was a heavyset black woman working the night of the 20th. Would have rated lower but the guy with a good attitude increased it. I think this Arby's has a bad apple working...

We got there just before close11:45pm. The person that took our order said they
only had enough beef for two sandwiches and asked we pull forward, but Mike brought out our order asked us to check the order for accuracy, and went back in to get ketchup for us. Mike turned a disappointing experience into a great one by his care and attitude.
