(First visit) Not open during posted hours. I waited 30 minutes and then left
(Second visit) Unable to serve you if you do not have a smart phone to read their QR code for a menu. When I told the bartender that I didn’t have a phone with me today, he said “sorry boss” and went back to his work (2nd visit)
