I stop in here when going between work locations. I enjoy the Lox & Cream cheese sandwich no tomato. The service, the food is awesome! The place is very clean!Thank you for the great Bagel Sandwich!

I have ordered several times from the Lake Michigan Drove location. Every time I order, it is NEVER right. Today, I ordered 1/2 dozen bagel with cream cheese deal and an additional cream cheese. Not only did I not receive the second cream cheese I paid for, I only got 5 bagels. I love their bagels, but today was it. I will no longer be a customer there.

Walk in to get a DoorDash order and the staff is all just standing in a circle talking with a line at the register and others waiting for pickups. Still here waiting as I’m typing this ..

Maddy/ie is seriously the best. I look forward to coming in most mornings because of her warming welcome. The bagel sandwich I order is always made with consistency and yummy ingredients. 1000/10. I love this BABs ❤️

food, service and price are all great some of the best bagels in GR the 4 star rating is due to the lousy app and the higher prices in the app than in store makes the app totally worthless the additional charges for various varieties of bagels are not charged in store i do not understand why there are additional charges in the app. i have uninstalled the app why would i pay more for the same thing in store

Just ordered two breakfast sandwiches to go, and we each only got part of our orders. No cream cheese on mine and no bacon on my partner's. Should have read the other reviews before going as it's apparently a VERY regular thing to mess up orders. Definitely not making the mistake of coming here again!

I grew up eating and loving Big Apple Bagels. Moved close to this one about 5 years ago, and now I avoid it. We've tried it multiple times out of hope it gets better, but their quality is so bad. I went today out of convenience, was the only person in the store, and came home with a bagel that was still pretty raw, toasted for maybe 10 seconds, and the cream cheese was transparent. I put even more butter on toast than what I received. Which is every experience I've had here over 5 years. I think I've finally given up on this location.

We were excited to try this bagel shop so close to our house but ended up very disappointed. Got two bagels and lox and by far the worst I’ve ever had. The capers were crushed and just thrown all in one spot with the red onions, cream cheese only on one side, and the salmon itself was just crushed onto the sandwich. Will not be back.
Absolutely preposterous. Neither of my "sad"wiches had what I asked for on them. No bacon on my Southern Tradition, and no cream cheese on the other. The kid making the sandwiches was too busy practicing his dance moves to get orders right. What a joke. Hideous.

This is probably the worst Big Apple Bagels I've been to. Everytime I come here they seem to be out of everything. And the people that work there need training on how to treat customers because it's always the worst service, like we the customers who pay their pay check are inconviencing them. Do better!

Stay away from this location. It has more than just breakfast items and yet it closes at 1pm everyday. That's not even catching the lunch crowd. The owner yelled at me for ordering 24 bagels early in the morning, saying he would appreciate a heads up. I informed him his online ordering doesn't allow for a pickup before 7am and when I tried calling the day before....they were closed. How hard is it to put 24 bagels in a bag??? Other visits I ordered a bagel with butter and ended up with a breakfast sandwich. One of the worst business I've experienced

Girl on the register took cash with gloves on then started grabbing bagels with out changing them. I quietly asked her to change them before i placed my order. I could have been obnoxious about it. Got the wrong bagel, was givien the right one and it wasn't even wrapped up. Lost half the sandwich on the floor. At this point I just wanted my money back was told no. They don't know how and the manager left. Which was a lie. He was still there and he didn't even know how. When I mentioned the gloves to him he had said he addressed it yesterday, well sir it happened today. Unless you don't mind the improper food handling never the lesa the 20 min wait for a bagel. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
