Service here is awesome. There's this guy with a mustache that seems to be addicted to good customer service interactions. Throughout my hour stay here today he's offered to change people's orders, gave helpful constructive tips to his coworkers, and offered to move furniture for someone in a wheelchair. It helps that they have fantastic dark roast coffee. The sandwiches could be better, but I'm not complaining too much with the reasonable price that they have....

Came to pick up my order & added a muffin. The blonde girl with pony tail and hat needs to listen before she assumes what I needed. I simply asked how to scan my rewards before purchasing the muffin. She thought I wanted to sign up for rewards. Then she said sorry I don’t think we have rewards for the muffins. Isn’t that how rewards work, scan for every item purchased?
