Great quality food for the place, out of the way, chill patio in the back to relax on. Friendly staff. Our group had a great time. Prices are reflected in the large size portions. That Calzone lasted a couple of meals. ?
Parking: There was also 2 electric vehicle charging stations if needed, within line of sight of the building.
Kid-friendliness: Seemed to be kid friendly, they even let 2 youngsters bring outside ice cream cones from nearby onto the patio with no questions asked.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair access and handicapped parking if needed.

Five stars! We ended a week of camping with a vehicle delay on our way home and stopped for lunch at Big Bob’s while my husband took the truck to get fixed. First of all, the food was amazing (our son said the deep dish was better than Giordano’s). But more importantly, Rob and his staff took were beyond hospitable to our 3 kids and I as we spent the next 5 hours utilizing their Uno cards, Connect Four and enjoying their complementary popcorn. If you’re ever in the Grand Rapids area we highly recommend giving them a try. We’ll definitely be back next time we come through Grand Rapids.
